When the exhibition hall briefly becomes a skate hall
Hall 4 is still empty - but it won't be long before ProWein 2022 gets underway. From 15 to 17 May, everything will revolve around the world of wines and spirits in 13 halls at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre.
One highlight is the trend show "urban gastronomy by #asktoni & ProWein", which is aimed specifically at restaurateurs. Toni Askitis - himself a restaurateur, sommelier and influencer - organises customised workshops with tastings together with his team. The highlight is that the workshops are geared to the different levels of knowledge of the gastronomy staff. And it won't be boring at all, because the gastro area bears the signature of the hip-hop-savvy Toni Askitis - including live streaming of the workshops, trendy music and urban graffiti.
Preparations are currently in full swing: vintners for the tastings have to be found, the stand designed, the technology set up and communication organised. A look at the empty Hall 4 is a must - and where better to skateboard than in the approximately 12,000 square metre large and empty exhibition hall and develop fresh ideas along the way?
