30.05.2025 - This year’s Ball des Weines, hosted by VDP (Association of German Premium Winegrowing Estates at the Kurhaus Wiesbaden, was more than a celebration of wine, enjoyment, and connection – it marked a truly special moment for ProWein: we were honored with our very own star in the sky.
A symbolic highlight with lasting impact: the VDP recognized key figures and institutions that shape the wine world – and awarded ProWein with an official star certificate. Our COO Marius Berlemann accepted the honor on our behalf (pictured far right).
That a star now bears the name ProWein fills us with pride. This is more than a gesture – it’s a powerful tribute. A star of the international wine scene has now literally become a star in the sky.
