Dear Industry Colleagues,

The current landscape of the wine and spirits industry is challenging for all of us and in this context, it is imperative that ProWein not only adapts but leads with vision and innovation. Our journey begins with acknowledging the challenges we face: the expectations have shifted, demanding not just a trade fair but a leading platform that embodies and drives the sector forward.

A New Vision for ProWein

Our mission is clear: to transform ProWein from a mere trade show into an integral part of the wine and spirits community – all year long. We aim to reposition ProWein as the preeminent, visionary trade fair in our field. This requires a fundamental shift. To realize this vision, we are investing in the development of new concepts, enhanced communication, and targeted buyer programs.

Revitalizing Our Brand Identity

Our brand is evolving with a new logo and colour scheme that is modern, vibrant, and youthful, underlining our unique international position. Our new claim, "ProWein Düsseldorf – Shape. Create. Elevate," encapsulates our commitment to infuse vision into the industry:

  • Shape – together with the industry, we aim to design the future and provide orientation and exchange
  • Create – we aim to develop new spaces and formats for inspiration, innovation and encounters fostering fresh and bold ideas
  • Elevate – we aim to raise the bar for and with the industry by continuously developing ProWein and strengthening its international relevance

Looking ahead to 2026

We are currently on a transformation journey, and we will introduce new features – all contributing to our new position and our global ambition. Also, we are strengthening our collaboration with local hotels to improve pricing and capacity management, ensuring that both our exhibitors and visitors have a perfect support locally.

Together, we will shape the future of the wine and spirits industry. We invite you to join us on this exciting journey.

Sincerely,

Marius Berlemann
